REFUND POLICY

H2HSafetech Private Limited provides digital society management services through its website and mobile application. By subscribing to any of our paid services or plans, you agree to the following refund terms.

All subscription fees paid for the use of H2HSafetech services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Once a subscription plan has been activated and access to the platform or services has been granted, no refund shall be issued for partial usage, non-usage, or early termination by the User.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the User
  • Technical error resulting in unsuccessful service activation
  • Payment deducted but subscription not activated

In such cases, Users must notify H2HSafetech within 7 working days from the date of payment by emailing support@h2hsafetech.com with transaction details.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel their subscription to H2HSafetech services at any time by contacting our support team at support@h2hsafetech.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued
  • Access to premium services will be discontinued after the subscription expiry date

H2HSafetech reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the platform in case of:

  • Violation of Terms of Use
  • Misuse of platform services
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

Such termination shall not entitle the User to any refund.
