Subject to these Terms of Use, H2HSafetech may offer to provide the Services described on the Site solely for your own use and not for the benefit of any third party. Services include any Services performed by H2HSafetech, any hardware offered, and any downloadable content or application widgets made available through the Site or authorized third-party application stores.
H2HSafetech makes no representation that the Content on the Site and/or the Services is appropriate for use outside India. Users accessing the Site from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

B. Registration is a one-time process. Previously registered users must log in using their existing credentials.

E. You confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or authorized to act on behalf of an entity such as an association, society, or builder of the Designated Premises. The Service is not available to individuals below 18 years of age.
F. Administrative accounts created by associations, societies, or builders may require additional verification.

A. All Content posted on the Site is the responsibility of the originating User. H2HSafetech does not guarantee the authenticity of such Content.
B. "Content" includes location information, images, videos, data, text, graphics, software, and User Submissions.
C. User Submissions reflect the views of Users and do not represent H2HSafetech’s opinions. H2HSafetech does not claim ownership of User Submissions but reserves the right to monitor or remove them where necessary.
D. User Submissions must not:
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Violate privacy or legal rights
- Contain harmful or unlawful material
- Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.
5. Subscription Plans
A. Users may subscribe to Services upon payment of applicable Subscription Fees.
B. Subscription Fees are non-refundable.
C. H2HSafetech reserves the right to revise Subscription Fees at any time with prior intimation.
6. Conditions To Use
A. Services are provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
B. By creating an account, Users may receive updates or promotional communications, which they may opt out of at any time.
Sensitive personal information shared with H2HSafetech will be secured in compliance with applicable IT laws and regulations.
7. Rules and Conduct
Users shall not:
- Upload false or misleading information
- Post unlawful or offensive content
- Introduce malicious software
- Impersonate any person or entity
